Spring into Wellness with us!

For us, the winter months have been long, heavy, and harder than usual, and we cannot wait for SPRING! We’d also like to be done with this pandemic, but that’s a whole ‘nother issue… In anticipation of spring’s arrival, we are excited to announce that our next event will be a 7-day wellness challenge called Spring into Wellness. We’ve been planning this for the last couple of months and we know it will be a great experience for you!

If you’ve been following along with our blog or social media, you probably know that the two of us are passionate about self-care. We’re always sharing about how yoga, meditation, gratitude, and mindfulness have made such a difference for us. When we practice self-care, we’ve found that we can show up for our students and loved ones as the best possible versions of ourselves. So, we put together some of our favourite wellness practices to share with you so you can also show up as your best self this spring!

Join us for this challenge and we’ll share a wellness practice with you each day, including yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness practices.

It’s time to clean out all the physical, mental, and emotional clutter with a thorough detox. Spring into Wellness includes seven days of live and recorded practices to spring clean your body and mind as you welcome spring! We know you are busy, so we’ve kept the practices short and we’ll record the live classes for you in case live class times don’t work with your schedule.

Spring into Wellness Week

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Magical Morning 30 minute yoga class live at 6:30AM CST Monday, March 8  
  • Tranquil Tuesday guided meditation recording 
  • Wellness Wednesday:  Flow & Let it Go 60 minute yoga class live at 5:30PM CST Wednesday, March 10 
  • Thankful Thursday guided gratitude journaling
  • Feel-Good Friday guided breathwork practice recording
  • Serene Saturday mindfulness class recording
  • Self-Care Sunday: 75-90 minutes of yoga and wellness live at 2:00PM CDT Sunday, March 14
     
    Challenges will be emailed to you daily and recordings of each practice will be stored in the KG Education dashboard for easy access.  

All live classes will be recorded to use at your convenience if the class times do not work with your schedule. Recordings will be available for 30 days from the date of your registration.  

How to Join us

Head to the registration page and fill out your registration form. We’ll confirm your registration immediately and then you can expect to hear from us again on March 7th!
